I started my career in an advanced development rotational program, exploring roles across engineering, manufacturing, and quality. That experience shaped how I approach work today: with curiosity, empathy, and a strong drive to connect the dots between user needs and real-world solutions.

 

As a Senior Quality Engineer, I managed customer complaints across an entire manufacturing floor, led cross-functional investigations, and streamlined processes that improved resolution times and compliance by over 90%. But the part I loved most? Acting as the voice of the customer — translating their feedback into meaningful action, advocating for their needs, and helping teams build better, smarter products.

 

Now, I’m evolving my career into product ownership and UX. I’ve led agile-inspired workflows, written backlog items, collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders, and driven cross-team alignment — all while keeping the user at the center. I bring not just a technical background, but a deep understanding of what makes products truly valuable: clarity, empathy, and execution.
